An excellent program for Mac users is Quilt-Pro 3. Depending on which Mac you have, you can also install Virtual PC. It puts a Windows OS on your machine and allows you to run any Windows quilting program from your Mac. I've been using Virtual PC for some time, and I've not encountered any problem with it.
